Would be happy to recommend for taking strolls
Spacious room, quiet atmosphere, with a great location just a short walk from the local train station, making it easy to explore the city, coupled with friendly staff who offered us an electric kettle for morning tea.
Absolutely perfect.

The hotel is very cute and has nice character. The receptionist was extremely nice, helpful, polite and friendly. The place was very clean and it had a washing machine, which was very good to have. It had great coffee and the location was very convenient, away from the hussle and bustle, but close to boat stop and easy to get to train station. I would recommend this hotel.
There was only one thing we didn't like, it was the bed, which was uncomfortable (we could feel the springs in the mattress). If the hotel got new mattresses it would be a perfect place.

Sweet and cosy hotel, close to the railway station and Piazzale Roma. The staff was really helpful and kind and our room spacious and very clean. Event though we stayed only for two nights, they cleaned our room the second day. Quiet area. Ideal for relaxing.
A little far away from Piazza San Marco and Rialto but all the way there is really beautiful.

Staying at ca' fontanea bed & breakfast really exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, charming, and had an integrated kitchen, which with previous visits to venice, i found amazing. The staff helped us with local tips and were super nice .
the air conditioning was not functioning well.

The area of Cannaragio is a perfect base to explore Venice from as it allows you o escape the hustle bustle and also easy access to the lagoon islands. Hotel breakfast was really good and room was fresh bright and clean with good internet access!!

Fairly clean place to stay with flexible and very attentive staff at reception desk. Exceptionally nice location, 10 minutes' walk to Lista di Spagna.

The classic double room was spacious and uniquely decorated, offering a cozy feel. A highlight was the good basic breakfast, complemented by the manager's attention in providing extra coffee when supplies ran low. Unfortunately, the poorly fitted shower door allowed water to spill onto the bathroom floor, a bit inconvenient. While the location was quiet and peaceful, it was slightly challenging to find good dining options nearby.

Comfortable, very clean and cosy. Quiet location. Not far from train/bus stations. Can be better: teapot in the room/kitchen to prepare the tea/coff when staff is absent. Breakfast is not big (as everywhere in Italy).

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was amazing and tidy. The staff were thoughtful, thanks to them everything was perfect. I had classic queen room which was modern, good sized bed. The location was quiet and decent for walking around a historic canal bridge. Had light dishes in a really nice restaurant.

We really enjoyed the clean room and the spacious bathroom. And a code to enter the building was super convenient, especially after a long day exploring with our two kids. The staff kept in touch when our train was delayed, which eased our worries.
My wife says that the breakfast options could use more variety.

Very helpful staff. The room itself was recently refurbished and spotlessly clean. I thought the Ca'Fontanae to be good value and I would certainly stay there again,

Located near the train station, the hotel provides a comfortable experience with a clean room and spacious bathroom. The unique vintage decor adds to its charm, and the fact that keys are replaced with key codes is a nice touch. The air conditioning was a disappointment, as it was shut off nightly regardless of the heat outside. The leaking shower was inconvenient and created a mess in the room.
